Information Our Software Does NOT Collect
DenseDefense software products (ForteFide, ForteFed, and PIPpro) are 100% on-premise applications. They do not transmit telemetry, usage data, scan results, configuration data, or any other information to DenseDefense or any third party. Our software contains no phone-home capability, no cloud connectivity requirement, and no analytics of any kind. All data generated by our software remains entirely on your systems under your control.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected through our website for the following purposes:

- MailChannels -- Transactional email delivery (via Cloudflare Workers integration). MailChannels processes email addresses and message content for the sole purpose of delivering emails on our behalf.

4. Data Storage and Security
Information collected through our website forms (download gates, contact forms) is stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage, located in United States data centers.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all website communications
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
- Infrastructure-level protections provided by Cloudflare (DDoS mitigation, WAF, bot management)
- No storage of payment card information (we do not process online payments)

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
DenseDefense does not use cookies for advertising, tracking, or profiling purposes. We do not use Google Analytics, social media tracking pixels, retargeting networks, or any third-party advertising technologies.
Cloudflare Cookies
Cloudflare may set a __cf_bm cookie on your browser for bot management purposes. This cookie is:
- Set by Cloudflare, not by DenseDefense
- Used solely to distinguish human visitors from automated bots
- A session cookie that expires when you close your browser (or within 30 minutes of inactivity)
- Not used for advertising or cross-site tracking
DenseDefense does not set any first-party cookies. We do not use local storage or fingerprinting technologies for tracking purposes.
